Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Coordinator to support our Service Manager. This role is essential to improving efficiency by taking on day-to-day administrative tasks, allowing our Service Manager to focus on field leadership and team support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Service Manager’s email inbox and screen/respond to calls as appropriate
- Prepare and send service estimates and proposals in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with scheduling service calls, coordinating technicians, and managing calendar logistics
- Maintain customer records and job information in the service management system
- Follow up on open quotes, outstanding service tickets, or customer inquiries as needed
- Support billing preparation by organizing job documentation
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management
- Assist in tracking inventory or equipment when needed
- Act as a liaison between the Service Manager and internal teams
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of administrative or operations support experience (service or trades industry preferred)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and comfortable learning service software
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable, proactive, and detail-focused
